Lima is my Place... the city where I live...!
Many people think that Cusco with its breathtaking Machupicchu is the only beautiful place in Peru. Well they might not be completely wrong since it is considered to be one of the seven wonders of the modern world, but this time I will tell you about my place. I live in Lima, which is a city on the coast of Peru. It has a population of about eight million people and it is the most populated city in Peru.
It’s a great place, and it’s nice for going shopping. There are a lot of interesting places to visit such as squares, churches, museums, and relaxing beaches; to the south you can find the best beaches where you can have a good time with family or friends; you can go for a refreshing swim there, listen to your favorite music on your portable radio, eat some barbecue, smoke a nice cigar, have a cold beer, and obviously have a great suntan.
The weather here doesn’t change much and it’s very different from the sierra or what you might call the highlands; we have a great summer, but the winter here is well, let’s say, difficult especially for most elder people.
Lima is famous for its Cebiche which is a delicious dish made of fish. There are lots of attractions here where you can have a great time; and at the same time it’s a good place to study because you can find the best and most updated universities in all the country.
But I think the best things about Lima are the Shopping centers where you can find everything and when I say everything I really mean that, and you can also find the best restaurants which serve not only Peruvian, but also international food.

ResponderBorrarI live in cusco, which is a city on the andean part on the south of PERU. Cusco in not too big.
It's a beatiful city, and also is considered the most important culture city. There are a lots of churches, narrow street, colonial houses, museuns, treks to machupicchu like Inka trail a famous trekking in cusco. In the main square we can find many restaurants, bars, markets, travel agencys an hotels.
The weather in Cusco is very diferent to other cities because sometimes is sunny, cloudy, rainy, and in the months of june an july is very cold but we can see the snow capped mountain which could climb, for example the Ausangate mountain.
Cusco is famous, because, CUSCO has one of the SEVEN WONDERS that is Machupicchu,and other archeological places are very important as well. But the food, the holidays and customes are part of the atractives of Cusco.
Also in the night, famous discotecs are a good option for spending the night, drink some typical beverages or the Cusquean beer.
I Think the best it about Cusco is the friendly people and the delicious food. It is a working city and when you walk around the city you can feel how this city was part of the history, the mistic, that is why i like live here so much.

ResponderBorrarI live in Cusco, which is a city on the central and south eastern of Peru. It had a population of 510 000 people in 2009, it`s 3400 meters above sea level and it`s one of the biggest cities in Peru.
It`s a beautiful city where you can walk around. There are lots of narrow streets whit much history about them, some streets are “Three Crosses”, “Ayacucho street” however “Sun avenue” is the most popular street in Cusco also you can see all the famous places like “The Cathedral”, “Monastery of Santo Domingo” also “The Company of Jesus” and the museums of religious art and regional history, they are some places in my city.
Cusco has a subtropical climate, it`s climate is generally dry and the temperature with two defined seasons: The dry season lasts from April to October and the wet season lasts from November to March.
Cusco is famous for the Incas’ Buildings, it`s “The Archaeological Capital of America”. The biggest tourist attraction here is Machupicchu because it`s considered a wonderful of the world also another famous buildings like The Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, Coricancha Convent.
One great festival every year in June is the “Inti Raymi” and it´s about a ritual to the Sun god also you can go to “Qoyllority festival” where you can see dances and music bands.
I think the best things about Cusco are the people, the history and the special atmosphere. It`s very safe and friendly, the people like working. That`s the main reason why I like living here.

It's a beautiful place and it's great for walking around because there are lots of pre-colombian monuments as Sacsayhuaman, the Koricancha and another Inca constructions ; churches as the Cathedral and the Compañia de Jesus;museums and it's full of narrow streets. The people of this city are going to visit his archeological centers the weekends.
It's the place where i live. Cusco is in the south of Perú and has an altitude of 3 399 meters above sea level. It's has a population of 1 160 000 people and it's the second most important city in Perú because receive many tourists. The people call it the imperial city because was the capital of the empire of the Incas.
Cusco is famous all over the world because it has one of the seven wonders of the world, it's Machupicchu the biggest tourist attraction in Perú. The Incas built this city and there are wonderful constructions of stone and the people call it the lost city of the Incas. this was discovered in 1911, by the American researcher Hiram Bingham . Cusco has one festivity in June is the Inti Raymi. This festivity remembers us that Incas adored the sun and this celebration is realized at Sacsayhuaman's esplanade.
The weather here is very different in all year. It rains very much in spring and it's hot although it's freezing and the sky is cloudy in winter.
But i think the best things about Cusco are the people because they are very hard working and they are very friendly Although the greater part of the people work on tourism, other peoples work on agriculture and cattle raising and another occupation also the city is safe and it's full of history is this the main reason why i like living here.

ResponderBorrarHello my name’s daniel Iwant to tell you about of my favourite city . Cusco is the most popular city in Peru , all the year is visted for diferents people of the world.
It’s a wonderful city because there are great places for example you can visit the historic center, places archaeological , the churches also the museums and diferent parties here you can visit the restaurants in the center for example the “Antojitos” is very visted or “ house’s inka” i don’t know but all the restaurants has a good food.
The weather is cold in these days , I advise you to come warmly dressed but still my city receives many tourists.
Cusco is famous the places aschaeological but the most visited is Machu picchu because its history and its beaty has impressed everyone but we also have places for example sacsayhuaman , ollantaytambo,pisac ,etc , as you can see my city has wonderful culture the people visit cusco also at parties.
So also the niht clubs are very good you can go to with your firends and have a good time.
We have a very popular beer in the world “ CUSQUEÑA” is the most popular in the peru and in the world.

It is wonderful city, and it is magnific for walking around and it is full of churches, museum, artesanal markets, restaurants and olds . Cusco is the best place for the tourist.
The weather in Cusco in January is cloudy and June is very cold.
Catedral is the most important church in my city, because is beautiful and the most bigger church. In the CATEDRAL church can you see a old paintings and various sculptures; before it was the palace of Inca Wiracocha
Qoricancha is the most beautiful Inca palace, and good place for the visiting. In the Qoricancha can you find a different place for example: temple of the sun, temple of the stars and temple of the moon.
Cusco is famous for Machupicchu, who is the one of the seven wonderful in the world; It is he most famous place in Peru, and lots of tourist go to visit Machupicchu.
The main festivity in Cusco is “INTI RAYMI”, it is in 24 of june also is the Cusco day. Its the most important celebration in cusco.
The most famous food in Inti Raymi festivity is Chiriuchu, it is delicious I like me.
Cusco is interesting and mistic has a rich history and is a beautiful. I like live here so much.

I live in the province of Espinar, which is located at a distance of 241 km from the city of Cusco and 3.927 meters above sea level.
ResponderBorrarI think what Espinar is big because it has a population of 65,000, is a growing province and covers an area of 5311.09 km ².
Espinar is a beautiful place, quiet and has some tourist attractions such as Temple of Yauri, Archeological site of K'anamarca and other beautiful places in different districts as Suykutambo where there are archaeological remains as Mauka Llaqta, where there are chullpas and sacred places or temples, the Yachaywasi and others beautiful places.
Usually has a frigid climate, its average temperatures range between 8.6 ° C. and 7.2 ° C, but the most favorable season for visiting the wonderful sites of this province is from April to October. In this period the weather is nice which is why I love this time it is a perfect for a walk around this province.
Espinar is famous for its mining and also because with tourist attractions, now today is considered tourist Espinar. In June in Espinar is performed Kanamarca folk festival,it takes place K'anamarka where different dances are dances Tupay, Soncconacuy, Rodeo Pichiguano, k'aminakuy and other.
But I think the best thing that has Espinar is its people, they are very supportive, also because it is where my family is, this is the reason for which I like to live there.

I live in Pisac which is one hour from Cusco. Has a population of approximately 6,000 people and is a town full of tourists.
ResponderBorrarIt is a beautiful town and Great and there are many people who come from different places to visit Pisac Archaeological Center by calling Intihuatana, for typical food and handicrafts, most visitors are tourists Pisac goods from different countries.
In the winter it is cold and way too much wind in the evenings in the summer there are days it rains and also there are mornings dawn with heavy fog.
In Pisac if the weather is unpredictable and around the Cusco.
Pisac is famous for its most important festival of the Sacred Valley which is the Virgen del Carmen, celebrated in the month of fifteen to eighteen-July. Most people here I am devoted to the Virgin, which is why he gives homage with great faith.
I think Pisac is a beautiful and wonderful place where all people who feel comfortable visiting all tourist attractions and customs, in all good things and bad things Pisac is alcoholism that generate the Holiday.

I live in Cusco, a city on the mountain rage in the south of Perú. I don´t know how many but there are so much people; I think Cusco is the most important place of Perú.
ResponderBorrarIt’s a beautiful city, and it´s fantastic to travel around. There’re a lot churches, many museums and colonial houses, many people visit Cusco at the weekend, you can find different kind of people each one with different habits, many of them enjoy walking around.
The weather here is very different. It’s very hot in the morning but very cold at night, you have to be careful, because it rain sometime for days especially of November to February.
Cusco is famous for typical food. I think Cusco produce the most delicious dishes. The biggest tourist attraction in Cusco is “Machu Picchu”, because it’s one of the seven wonders of the world, Cusco is wonderful too for its fests especially “Inty Raymi” when the people remember the most magical history full of typical and tradition, I feel very happy when I see people of different places seeing join to me this special show.
I think if you visit Cusco, you will find friendly people. Cusco is working city and it has a real sense of history, so that’s the main reason why I recommend you visit or perhaps live here.
